The World Photography Organisation (WPO) has launched a series of new content for its website - www.worldphoto.org. As a special introduction this exclusive content, which is normally only available to Advanced and Premium members of the website, will be open to Basic members for a limited period. WPO Basic membership is free and photo enthusiasts of all levels will have the opportunity to explore the new content at no cost until 1 December 2012.

1000for1.com is delighted to introduce its first International Photography Competition.
The theme is: India!
Every photographer from around the world, amateur or professional, can participate with images that have been taken in India. The photograph that will best capture the spirit of India will receive, at the winner's discretion, either a Canon 5D mk III or a Nikon D800.

The 2nd International Photographic Competition sponsored by BergHind Joseph is looking for your vision!
The second International Photographic Competition supported by BergHind Joseph is now open for entries. This is the second year the competition has run, and has been launched on the back of a torrent of high quality entries last year which were judged by a prestigious judging panel including Margaret Clarke, Picture Editor of The Times2.
The title for the 2012 international photographic competition is 'leadership in the modern world'; a theme that's been chosen to encourage creative and innovative thinking around how you perceive leadership and where it exists today.

If you've been putting off entering THE APA AWARDS National Photo Competition, you're in luck. The deadline has been extended to midnight, EDT, September 30th. With so many entries from all around the world we want to give everyone a fair chance. This will be the final extension, and rest assured we're not crying wolf !
The dates are set, the judges have agreed to the schedule. So this is it.
Between October 1st and October 14th, our fabulous judges will be reviewing images and deciding who will receive 1st, 2nd and Merit in each of the 10 categories as well as who will be crowned Best of Show.
