Pinterest Terms of Use Changed
The Pinterest Terms of Use will change from 6 April 2012. The new terms of use are now published on their website. Within the new terms of use they they have chosen to link to the well known chilling effects website. This is a platform used by the many tech businesses which depend financially on using/exploiting content created by other organisations/people. Chilling effects advises on how to challenge copyright infringement allegations and is supported by the Electronic Frontier Foundation and the law schools of several US Academic Institutes.

There has been a huge amount of interest in Pinterest's business model of late, in particular it's relationship to copyright law and the acts of copying that it encourages its members to undertake. Today, 23 March 2012 at 11:00 PST (18:00 GMT) there will be a debate about Pinterest on the "This Week in Law" program on the Twit network.

2012 London Festival of Photography Program Announced
World-class photography takes over London's most celebrated venues, large and small, for the festival's second year. Throughout June 2012, the second installation of the London Festival of Photography (formally the London Street Photography Festival) will be taking place across London with a focus in King's Cross, Bloomsbury & Fitzrovia.

BergHind Joseph’s photo competition winners announced
Creative communications agency BergHind Joseph has announced that Balogh Zoltan, from Hungary, is the winner of its annual photographic competition. His image called 'Pyramid' was chosen by the judging panel, which included Margaret Clarke, picture editor of The Times2, Andy Wilson, Professional Photographer, Michael Hirschl, Project Director and Co-Creative Director at BergHind Joseph; and Stuart Littlewood, Designer ahead of more than one hundred others that had been submitted.
